In Hindi, तुम क्या कर रहे हो? (tum kya kar rahe ho?) (tum kya kar rahe ho) is the everyday way to ask "what are you doing?" Use रही (rahi) for a woman and आप क्या कर रहे हैं? (aap kya kar rahe hain) to be polite. It is also called तुम क्या कर रही हो? (tum kya kar rahi ho?).
