Disfrutar takes de for things you enjoy, as in disfrutar de la playa. Without de it can also take a direct object, as in disfrutar el viaje.

With vos the command form is disfrutá, as in Disfrutá las vacaciones. The tú form disfruta is less common in Argentina.
