Coffee is कॉफ़ी (kofi) in Hindi, borrowed from English. Tea, चाय (chaay), is still the more common drink in most of North India.
You order it as एक कॉफ़ी (ek kofi) and ask for ठंडी कॉफ़ी (thandi kofi) for cold coffee.
