esprit de ruche
The English phrase 'hive mind' can be translated into French as esprit de ruche.
In French, esprit de ruche is used to describe the same science fiction or sociological concept found in English: a collective consciousness where a group of individuals shares a single mind and acts as one entity.
Which one should you use?
While esprit de ruche is a direct translation of the metaphor, you may also use une conscience collective to describe a group acting with a single shared awareness. For a formal context, the term intelligence collective (collective intelligence) is the appropriate expression.
