Which one should you use?
The form used depends on the gender and number of the people being welcomed. Use bienvenido a nuestra familia for a single male, bienvenida a nuestra familia for a single female and bienvenidos a nuestra familia for a group of males or a mixed-gender group.

How does it change in a sentence?
The word bienvenido must change based on who is being addressed. If the person being welcomed is a single female, use the feminine form bienvenida. If you are welcoming more than one person, use the plural form bienvenidos. While bienvenidos is the standard grammatical plural for mixed groups, the written form bienvenid@s is sometimes used for gender-neutral or inclusive purposes in informal settings.
