Darcy Simon

Hey there, I’m Darcy! I'm passionate about language, linguistics, and sharing my knowledge on how to effectively communicate. If I'm not diving deep into a new language or culture, you can catch me indulging in my love for cooking (particularly exotic cuisines) or trekking through the great outdoors with a good book in hand. I find pleasure in the accents, nuances and delightful surprises that come with learning a new phrase. Urban expressions, formal linguistic rules, celebrating names from around the globe - I enjoy it all! I hope my articles inspire you too, to expand your language horizons.
